REJUVENATED!!!

I feel great!!! my knee feels tough!!
i can feel tht the muscle has been roughen up and strengthen!!
i starting to jump higher and higher!!
fully thx to the recovery!! ^^

next week exam would be finish... going jogging everyday ed!! haha
i wanna pick up where i left off... i wanna fly again.. hahaaa^^

Times Square Finalle And1

the day b4 and1, james and phunsym came over and stayed over night at my crib~
chatted and talk alot of crap till it was 4-4.30am onli slp~ haha
second day 6am wake up go KTM meet with all DNA ppl alr~ haha

met xiaoxiong at at KLcentral then together go TimesSquare frm there...
dint had any probs until the quartersfinals.. but james became lebron james wan block ppl then fell down and twisted his wrist during the last 32 or 16 rounds... Lol~~~~!!!
i see alr str8 headache~~ told me he cant shoot... i was scared as shit...
we bandaged it and hopefully he can play through the injury..

quarter finals we vs some old frens of mine from banting..
not a cha team.. i played at the post position and posted up a smaller guard...
xiaoxiong caught fire and hit his outside shot.. LOL!!
pointguard become center / center become shooter~ haha

the semifinals we did the same and went str8 to the finals~
the problem was~ we continuously played 4matches~
not even a breather~ str8 hav to rush to the next court for the next game..
during the finals... james' wrist still is ok...
but a KL player onli around 158cm-160cm was guarding me

i str8 went to the post... after a spin move.. i powerup..
str8 cramp!!!!!

from outside the court... all i can do was support...
james couldnt do much with his injured wrist...
and xiaoxiong amazingly blocked 2 balls in mid air~~ Fucktastic~!!
but 3vs2... we lost... sadly..

james and jeff(xiaoxiong) str8 told me not the bother about it...
because it was their first time winnin and1 also
wat are frens for? ^^

we'll be back and playing PBAcup together during november & december~
we enjoy playing together and learn a lot of stuffs together...

lost because of referee decision? suan liao la...
i oso kena tipu... champion cash prize rm300 onli...

haha... 1 yongshui person summore giv me punch in the face while he cut.. haha gongkia~~

hospital

Morning addmaths class...
11am finish class str8 went off to hospital with my dad
went for x-ray.. doc said tht the gel supporting my knee-cap isnt very strong...
SURGERY or a some type of extra gel support injection on my knee
surgery may bring 99% of cure
but tht injection might hav some side-effects.. i've asked many specialist and people...
all said tht side effects may haunt me late on... haih~

i took the injection...
2 needles containing thick subtances...
I TELL U!!! i dint even dare look at my knee when injection being planted!!!!
FUCK UP DAM PAIN!!!! the needle actually hits the bone!!! FUCK !!!!!!
knee pain as hell~!~~!~!~!!! going to hav a huge huge huge sleep!!!! my knee very very pain...

an experience i nvr wanna hav again....

i alr took off the original wool.. cause it was full of blood... my knee can alr stretch and feels better... slightly sore onli...
maybe i'll go jogging or ply a bit of light bkb in the evening... but i'll promise to be carefull

after wat happen tht day...
might go for surgery on knee...

OCT 9TH

it was my bday...
i didnt really planned a party and juz wanted a simple bday dinner with my family at night
thx to sia and the "little fart wong" who planned a surprise party for me...
XDD... thx to everyone who came too.. LOL

the most surprising part was tht 12pm i was sleeping in sia's guest room
really really FAST asleep...
12pm there was onli few guest 3-5 guests onli... (adrian/chu/wong/sia/kesh)
around 2pm... i really sleep like a rock on sia's guest's room bed
everyone BARGED in the room and started singing birthday song...
was like 15-20 ppl all of the sudden... LOL... me woke up with my blur face..haha
after the song ended.. i dint even noe there was a birthday cake behind me..
everyone was like "the cake sean! blow the cake"
i was like? "CAKE? wat cake?" haha...

OCT 10TH !!!! (FUN PART)

me wenyang and chuakyle stayed over at sia's place...
we went to sia's shop at 9am then went for breakfast...
on our way back from breakfast~ we were walking by the roadside...
i was walking infront and saw a SMALL PIECE of DOG CRAP on the floor...
i dint warned kyle,yang,sia about it...

Sia was talking to chuakyle... and as he slowly approaches the crap...
i started saying "yes yes YES!!!"
all 3 of them were blur and start looking at me...
then "PIACK!!!!!" sia stepped on dog crap! hahaha
me started celebrating and shouting "YES YES YES"
yang and chuakyle was laughing like dog asses... and so was i... hahaha

WTF

the whole pmr weekend... tuition.. haha... addmaths and accounts... hopeully get improving results la. LOL
this morning went for a slow jog.. and went shoot ball... 7-8am onli... 8am rained... and 8.30 had addmaths class

just before im prepared to go home frm court... i tried to dunk.. my leg was in good jumping condition so i tried.. y not rite?
i jumped the highest... the ball entered... nicely... 2 hands...
came down.. my previously badly injured knee cracked sideways left-right... then straighten back up...
WTF?!?!
i landed by 1 leg - with my right knee (previously injured wan)
cric-crack~ is wat i heard... wtH man!

sitting under the basket waiting for the pain to relief... the uncles and aunties jogging all looking at me...
it was about to rain.. i can still walk back to my home...
i cant believe ntg serios happened..

i proceeded with my classes then slpt until 6pm...
now it feels better... but i'll nvr simply jump again... EVER!!!!

i duno y? but yes... LOL

im back blogging now onwards... haha!!
its been like 3-4months since i last blogged...
well, im back and will start blogging again... =)
