11am finish class str8 went off to hospital with my dad
went for x-ray.. doc said tht the gel supporting my knee-cap isnt very strong...
SURGERY or a some type of extra gel support injection on my knee
surgery may bring 99% of cure
but tht injection might hav some side-effects.. i've asked many specialist and people...
all said tht side effects may haunt me late on... haih~
i took the injection...
2 needles containing thick subtances...
I TELL U!!! i dint even dare look at my knee when injection being planted!!!!

maybe i'll go jogging or ply a bit of light bkb in the evening... but i'll promise to be carefull
